We are very pleased to announce a new build of Famundo with many new features and fixes.
Among the new features and improvements:
New – Blogs (Famundo for Families) – Famundo for Families now includes a full featured blog engine that allows all members to create their own blogs.
New – Calendar Export – calendar data can be exported and for use in other applications and backup purposes.
New – Contact Export (Famundo for Families) – contact data can be exported for use in other applications and backup purposes.
New – Public View Settings – users can not specify public view settings.
New – Friends Groups (Famundo for Families) – ability to create a single log in for friend site access.
New – Member Groups (Famundo for Organizations) – ability to create a single log in for member site access.
New – Quick Family Setup (Famundo for Families) – all members of a family can be added on one single setup page.
New – Security icons – new icons allow users to quickly and easily identify view permission settings.
Improved – Calendar menu – less frequently used menu items are consolidated under More … menu option.
Improved – Contact menu (Famundo for Families – less frequently used menu items are consolidated under More … menu option.
Improved – Family View (Famundo for Families)– Family View is now the default view after a member logs in. Previously, the logged in user would be the default view.
Changed – Default Edit Access (Famundo for Organizations) – default edit access has been changed to Staff.
Changed – Library Master Folder – name of mas.ter file folder is name of Family/Organization.
Fixed – Calendar Imports- various fixes for CSV and ICS calendar imports.
Fixed – Multi-day timed events – multi-day, timed events are now rendered properly.
Fixed – IE7 Display- various display issues in IE7 have been fixed.
Fixed – Quick List – list will now ignore blank items.
